How to Return

We’ll provide you with instructions and a return address.

Safely package your product (original packaging preferred) and ship it back.

 

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

Exchanges

 

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to swap for another product, please return your order and place a new order.
